With immediate effect we will be moving to a telephone triage system where every patient will be screened and advised accordingly to try and prevent unnecessary footfall into the surgery.
Please DO NOT attend the GP Surgery unless you have an appointment booked which has been triaged by a clinician – please ring reception for all queries.
As you will appreciate these are unusual times and the situation is constantly evolving, we are doing everything possible to ensure we are still delivering a clinically safe service for all our patients.
Anyone who currently has a pre-booked appointment will be contacted over the coming days for triage to ensure all guidelines are being followed.
We do appreciate your support during this period, all staff are working extremely had to minimise where possible any impact to our patients.
