Prescriptions Requests during Coronavirus – COVID-19

Please note we will be allowing prescription requests to made over the phone during this period only. We ask that where possible you avoid ringing the surgery in a morning to order/discuss prescriptions, this is to ensure surgery phone lines are accessible for anyone with an urgent need. At this point you will be asked to register for online services if you haven’t done so already and everyone will be asked to nominate a pharmacy so prescriptions can be received electronically.

Please allow a minimum of 48 hours to process your repeat prescriptions.

Please DO NOT ring the surgery to check if your prescription is ready.

Prescriptions will be ready 48 hours after they have been requested. Thank you for your consideration and continued support.
