Following patient feedback we have been working on reviewing and updating our appointment system.
We have reintroduced pre-bookable routine appointments alongside our usual on the day access.
We continue to offer telephone triage initially however, we are trialing offering patients the option of pre-bookable routine face to face appointments with one GP. We will be reviewing this over the coming weeks to ensure the appointments are timed appropriately to ensure we are able to maintain social distancing in the surgery and robust infection control between appointments.
For any on the day appointments please ring the surgery at 10am when these appointments will be released. Again this is following feedback that some patients struggled to get an on the day appointment at 8am.
