We kindly ask that a request for a home visit is booked before 10.30am if possible please. This allows the doctor to plan his workload and do the visit between their morning and afternoon surgeries.
You will usually receive a phone call from the doctor beforehand then they can triage what might be required.
We do understand that this isn’t always possible and sometimes the requests can come in later, but your help with this would be greatly appreciated.
